Day 3-7 — Lab Work
You receive a lab order for a comprehensive 50+ marker panel. Collected at a LabCorp or Quest near you — no appointments, walk-in friendly.
Day 7-10 — Physician Consult
A board-certified physician reviews your labs personally and meets with you via secure video. Together you design the protocol for your 90 days.
Day 10 — Medication Ships
Custom-compounded medication ships to your door from an FDA-regulated U.S. pharmacy. Full supplies, instructions, and ongoing shipments included.
Day 10-45 — Active Optimization
You’re on protocol. Your physician is directly accessible the entire time — message them anytime. Concierge support handles everything non-clinical.
Day 45 — Mid-Program Labs
A second lab panel tells us exactly how your body is responding. Your physician adjusts the protocol based on the data.
Day 45-90 — Dial-In
The second half of the program is tuning. Small, data-driven adjustments until you’re fully optimized.
Day 90 — Final Review
Comprehensive review with your physician. Option to continue on a maintenance protocol at a reduced rate, or transition off entirely. Always your choice.
