Averion Health LLC (the "Platform") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit or use the Platform. Protected health information ("PHI") you share in the course of receiving care from affiliated medical practices is governed by HIPAA and by the separate Notice of Privacy Practices provided by those practices.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT Account data (name, email, phone, password, date of birth, ZIP). Profile / health-questionnaire responses you voluntarily submit. Payment and billing data (processed through third-party PCI-compliant processors). Communications with our support team. Technical data (IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, referral source, cookies).

2. HOW WE COLLECT IT Directly from you when you register, submit forms, or message support. Automatically via cookies, pixels, and analytics tools (including Google Analytics and ad-platform pixels). From affiliated medical practices for the limited purpose of supporting service delivery.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION To operate the Platform and route you to affiliated medical practices. To process payments, send receipts, and manage subscriptions. To communicate with you about your account, eligibility, and service updates. To secure the Platform, detect fraud, and comply with legal obligations. To improve and personalize the service, subject to your consent where required.

4. SHARING We share information with: (a) affiliated medical practices, pharmacies, and laboratories as necessary to provide the services you request; (b) service providers who process data on our behalf under contract (hosting, analytics, payments, communications); (c) authorities when required by law or to protect rights; and (d) successors in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not sell your personal information.

5. SECURITY We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest where appropriate. No system is 100% secure; you use the Platform at your own risk.

6. YOUR RIGHTS Depending on where you live you may have rights to: access, correct, delete, or port your data; object to or restrict certain processing; opt out of marketing; and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. PHI access / amendment requests are handled through the affiliated medical practice that created the record.

7. CALIFORNIA (CCPA/CPRA) NOTICE California residents have additional rights to know what personal information is collected, sold, or shared; to request deletion; to correct inaccurate data; and to limit use of sensitive personal information. We do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA.

8. COOKIES & ANALYTICS We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, analytics, and advertising measurement. You can control cookies through your browser and through any in-product consent controls we make available.

9. CHILDREN The Platform is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. UPDATES We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective Date" above reflects the current version. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform.
